Grilled Lamb, Tomatoes, White Corn, White Onion, String Beans and Fresh Garlic Over Coconut Rice

I was toying around with the flavor pattern from my jerk lamb taco recipe and decided to throw in some white corn and string beans I needed to use. The rice was leftover from the day before. Prep time was under 45 minutes. And for the sticklers, that little tip at the edge of the 10 o’clock green bean is actually a folded end 😉
